  I pledge to get to practice and games on time. I understand that I may be risking injury by not providing adequate time for warm up. I understand participation in all aspects of practice and game preparation are factors in my playing time

  I will give each practice my best effort. I come to practice and games to learn. I will acknowledge my mistakes, learn from them, and bounce back from my mistakes. Winners are people who make maximum effort, continue to learn and improve, and do not let mistakes, or fear of making mistakes, stop them. I understand mistakes are an inevitable part of any game and when I learn from my mistakes, I improve. I understand I was born with unique abilities and that the true measure is not how I compare to others but how I am doing in comparison to my best self.

  I will "Honor the Game." I understand the importance of setting a good example, displaying good sportsmanship, and staying focused at practice and at the game. No matter what others may do, I will show respect for all involved in the game including coaches, players, opponents, opposing fans, and officials. I understand that officials make mistakes. If the official makes a "bad" call against my team, I will Honor the Game and refrain from making comments! I will control my temper and maintain control over my emotions. I will avoid bad/negative comments and/or gestures. I realize these actions could prove detrimental to my team. I will work equally hard for myself and my team. I will treat all participants as I like to be treated. I will not bully my teammates for making mistakes I will cooperate with my coach and my teammates.

  I refrain from all substance use and/or possession thereof (drugs, alcohol and/or tobacco). I understand it is my responsibility to prevent all situations from occurring and to avoid situations where these substances may be present. I understand failure to adhere to these policies is cause for immediate dismissal from Bayern Munich Soccer Club.

  I understand that my participation or observance of the destruction of private, state or federal property is cause for dismissal from Bayern Munich.

  I understand my failure to participate in practice sessions will affect my playing time on the field.

  I understand that failure to follow team rules (curfew, practice and game attendance, dress code, schedules, etc.) may be cause for disciplinary action. Persistent failure will be cause for dismissal from the Bayern Munich Club.
