Bayern Munich Soccer Club of Kansas City

  Welcome to KC Bayern Munich; the club for boys and girls! The KC Bayern Munich Soccer Club is one of KC’s oldest and most respected premier soccer clubs focused on the life development of soccer athletes. Players currently represent a wide variety of age groups from 19 local and regional schools, including players who travel more than 1.5 hours from outside the Kansas City Metro area. Bayern Munich strives to provide all of our players with the highest level of training and eventual college recruitment preparation to insure all of our players have an opportunity to play at the highest level. We not only encourage and support the development of the soccer player, we focus on personal development, sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, commitment, and community loyalty. We develop well-managed and well-trained teams that allow a player to reach their full potential. We achieve our mission with parental involvement, age-appropriate training, and access to professional staff and an excellent soccer facility within a friendly, safe environment. Many of our players who have been recruited at the college level find homes in top NAIA and NCAA, Div I, II, and III programs. In the last three years we have helped place more than 97% of our high school graduates in college. Bayern Munich believes that, while soccer is an important component of a well rounded human experience, the ability to attain a college education is the most important result in playing.

  KC Bayern Munich is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization. Unlike other programs, we strive address the financial needs of those who would otherwise be unable to participate through the use of scholarships and fund raising opportunities. Occasionally, we see players who fit the criteria for college play who deserve a chance to be seen and recruited by college coaches but are unable to afford a comprehensive program to prepare them. For these young athletes and their families a chance at a college scholarship is even more important. Given the chance, these individuals have an opportunity for a future in college and their lives have been affected in a positive way.

  KC Bayern Munich Soccer Club is unique in that we offer a year round program. We carefully plan the development of our athletes from an early age onward. We seek out competition to test our skill and tactical development, to sharpen our mental toughness, and  to strengthen our resolve to play as a team. We strive to play in the best leagues and best tournaments for our athletes. Our older teams routinely scrimmage against local and out of state colleges in addition to our regional and national tournament schedules. Because of our extensive recruitment efforts over the years, many college coaches around the country recognize the Bayern Munich name.
