Teams
KC Bayern Munich teams are formed on the basis of following:
- coach availability
- parent and player desire
- fit within the KC Bayern player development strategy
- quantity of players who desire to participate
It is not unusual that KC Bayern will start a team with a minimum number of players and add players as a season progresses.
On occasion, KC Bayern Munich Soccer Club receives requests to add independent teams to the Club. Each request is handled individually and is assessed on the independent team’s philosophy, structure, and adaptability to KC Bayern’s structure. A successful match yields all the benefits of a current KC Bayern Munich team including utilization of KC Bayern facilities, use of website, KC Bayern coaching skills and tactics, and participation in the player development program. For Fall 2009, KC Bayern will be fielding two U7 girls' teams, two U8 girls’ teams, a U9 girls' team, two U10 girls’ team, two U12 girls’ team, U13 girls’ team and U18 girls' team.
In addition, KC Bayern is evaluating adding several independent boy’s teams. Stay tuned for more information.
